I moved to San Antonio 30 years ago from Austin, and while I’ve been given many names, “RED” has been my identity throughout my childhood and career. A Texas native with a background in higher education, art & design, and public relations, I have collaborated, mentored, and worked with leaders of industry, creative professionals, historians, executives, and educators.
Watching San Antonio grow, flourish, and develop has been my greatest joy. Red Madden Higher Learning—RMHL—is a brain-child and ideal that hatched from decades of my experience and skill sets in leadership, design, and career-engaged learning. I specialize in human-based training, i.e., “Humans Training Humans.”
